Shipping policy

At SteerFort, we offer free tracked shipping on every order across Canada.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Most Canadian orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your province, location, weather conditions, carrier delays and public holidays.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time and cannot be guaranteed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you can receive shipping and tracking updates.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days or your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us with your order number. Our team will help investigate the shipment.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

SteerFort currently ships exclusively to addresses within Canada.
